NURTURE ALLIED HEALTH SA
Celebrating Identity, Nurturing Growth
Neurodiversity-affirming speech pathology, occupational therapy, autism assessments, key worker supports and groups in Adelaide. We support children, young people, adults, families and education teams through respectful, relationship-based and evidence-informed allied health care.

Support that honours identity, autonomy and authentic communication.
Our clinicians use the power of relationships and human connection to support self-regulation, engagement, communication, shared problem-solving, participation and confidence across everyday life.
We are an Neurodivergent-Led Practice
Nurture is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice, lived experience, clinical knowledge and deep respect for each person’s unique way of experiencing the world.

Relationship-Based
We prioritise emotional safety, trust, co-regulation and meaningful connection. We believe support works best when people feel understood, respected and safe.
Neurodiversity-Affirming
We do not aim to make neurodivergent people appear “less neurodivergent”. We support access, autonomy, communication, wellbeing, participation and self-advocacy.

How We Nurture
Our intake and therapy process is designed to protect emotional safety, understand the person in context, and build practical support plans that make sense in everyday life.
Parent, Caregiver or Client Consultation
We start by understanding strengths, concerns, history, goals and what support is being sought. For children, these conversations are usually best held without the child present.
Assessment & Understanding
Our clinicians determine the most appropriate assessment pathway to understand strengths, support needs, communication, regulation, sensory profile, participation and daily life.
Therapy or Support Plan
We develop a support plan that may include therapy sessions, parent coaching, educator consultation, environmental recommendations, home strategies or non-face-to-face support.
Review, Adjust & Carry Over
We welcome feedback and continue adapting supports so strategies can be carried into everyday routines at home, school, preschool, clinic and community.
